Phase of Program

  • Program Orientation: This phase will involve communication and promotion of the program, raising awareness and encouraging participation. In this initial phase, we will hold one day orientation sessions to orient top management about wellness ,self care , happiness and workplace stress.
  • Assessment and Planning: In this phase , we assesses the needs and interests of executives regarding wellness. We will conduct surveys, health risk assessments, stress level analysis, and one to one sessions to gather data.
  • Program Development: In this phase, we will designs and develops the wellness program based on the identified needs and goals as per gather data. It involves creating strategies and initiatives to address the specific areas of employee well-being, such as physical health, mental health , stress management, engagement , and work-life balance, one to one coaching sessions, counseling services etc.
  • Engagement and Participation: This phase focuses on actively engaging CEOs and Executives for encouraging their participation in the wellness program. We will organize wellness-related events, challenges, and competitions to motivate employees. Executives feedback and suggestions are also valuable during this phase to make necessary adjustments and improvements.
  • Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: The final phase involves evaluating the effectiveness of the wellness program and making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement. Metrics such as participation rates, health outcomes, and satisfaction surveys will be used to measure the impact of the program. Based on the evaluation results, program will be fine tuned in consultation with Management for various employees categories.
