Phases of Program
- Program Orientation: This phase will involve communication and
promotion of the program to employees, raising awareness and
encouraging participation. In this initial phase, we will hold one day
orientation sessions to orient employee about wellness ,self care ,
happiness and workplace stress. - Assessment and Planning: In this phase , we assesses the needs
and interests of employees regarding wellness. We will conduct
surveys, health risk assessments, stress level analysis, and
consultations with employees to gather data. - Program Development: In this phase, we will designs and develops
the wellness program based on the identified needs and goals as
per gather data. It involves creating strategies and initiatives to
address the specific areas of employee well-being, such as physical
health, mental health , stress management, engagement , and
work-life balance, one to one coaching sessions, counseling
services etc. - Engagement and Participation: This phase focuses on actively
engaging employees and encouraging their participation in the
wellness program. We will organize wellness-related events,
challenges, and competitions to motivate employees. Employee
feedback and suggestions are also valuable during this phase to
make necessary adjustments and improvements. - Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: The final phase involves
evaluating the effectiveness of the wellness program and making
necessary adjustments for continuous improvement. Metrics such
as participation rates, health outcomes, and employee satisfaction
surveys will be used to measure the impact of the program. Based
on the evaluation results, adjustments are made to refine and
strengthen the program for future iterations.
Activities and Approaches
- Health Risk Assessment: We will conduct HRA for collecting
the basic health information of the individuals, including their
habits and medical history to evaluate their health risk status
through a simple questionnaire. - One to One Coaching Sessions: Based upon collected data
and generated results, coaching session with top management
and senior team will taking place for continuous improvement . - Wellness Incentives: In order to motivate and recognize
employees’ efforts, we will introduce wellness incentives for
participation and achievement. These may include gift cards,
wellness-related merchandise, additional time off, or
recognition programs. Tailoring incentives to align with
employees’ preferences can enhance their effectiveness. - Educational Workshops: We will conduct a series of
educational workshops on topics related to wellness and
personal development. Inviting guest speakers or partnering
with experts from relevant fields can enhance the quality and
impact of these workshops. - Wellness Challenge: To kickstart the quarter, we will
organize a team-based wellness challenge. This challenge
will involve setting achievable wellness goals, tracking
progress, and offering incentives for participation and goal
achievement. The challenge will focus on various aspects of
well-being, including physical activity, nutrition, and stress
management. - Fitness Classes and Activities: We will review our current
fitness class schedule existing ones based consider adding
new classes on employee feedback and preferences or
modifying. Additionally, and we sports will organize outdoor
activities such as tournaments, or hiking trips, promote
physical activity walking challenges to and team bonding. - Mental Health Support: This may involve partnering with
mental health professionals to provide confidential
counseling sessions, hosting webinars on stress
